As much as I've tried to not to, drinking coffee is a daily occurrence. This is one activity I am doing everyday that hurts my teeth and smile impact. They work very well! I actually prefer the old ones though. They were a mess to use but worked really well and didn't bother my teeth/gums. The newer ones are fine if I just use them once and then not again for a while but if I use them 2+ times in a row, my gums hurt really bad! So if yours do, take a break from them. :)
I switched to natural toothpaste and I swear it has made my teeth so much whiter.
i LOVE crest 3D whitestrips. they were a lifesaver for my wedding and every time i have an emergency! i do have sensitive teeth so they got a little achy sometimes but they're great nonetheless!
